David and Ty are exceptional chefs — weddings, private events, long lunches. The kind of food people talk about for weeks. But behind the scenes? Client emails going unanswered. Quotes sent late, or not at all. Event details living in text threads and memory. Two chefs, five upcoming events, and no single person holding it all together.
